Upon booking, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure our portable photobooth services for your specified date and time. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will NOT BE REFUNDED.

Our booth operates on a standard 110-120 volts, utilizing a 3-prong electrical outlet. Just one adapter is needed to power up our equipment for a seamless capture experience! For safety and convenience, we kindly ask for the booth to be positioned 20-25 ft within reach of the power outlet, allowing us to securely tape down wires and set up the equipment."
A strong WIFI connection is required for captures to send instantly to your guests. However, we are still able to collect data & send ALL photos/captures without any connection to the internet. The only catch is that the pictures will send later once the booth is connected back up to WiFi just after event. Content will be sent within 24 hours of your big day.
Our standard booth requires approximately 10x10 feet of space, but we can accommodate smaller setups if needed. Additionally, we'll need access to a power outlet nearby.
